WHAT IS THE RETURN AND/OR REFUND PROCESS?

Please contact us via the web site’s CONTACT page.  After confirmation email is returned and items in new condition or sent condition within 5 days of original shipment along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at time of purchase. Not including a copy of the order confirmation email may delay your refund.

Shipping and handling fees of original purchase are not eligible for refunds.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase after confirmed email.


Sale items are not eligible for any refunds or store credits.

We ship worldwide except to a small handful of countries like Russia & IRAN oh and Cuba.

When shipping to P.O. Boxes please be sure to include you're phone number and email so that UPS may contact you or postmate for delivery.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Shipping fees will vary depending on the company chosen and geographical location.

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and custom fees. Please note that these fees are not included in your purchase order and will be billed separately by the shipping company or your Government.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

PayPal, Get into it.

As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders, international orders and/or when your shipping and billing addresses do not match.

 

WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Orders place between Monday and Thursdays are processed within 48 hours.  

Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Thursdays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day if we aren’t still riding.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed. This confirmation email will be needed when making returns so please do not discard.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, along with a tracking number.

 

WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DOES MY ORDER COME IN?

We do our best to include the original packaging provided by brands that package their products. On occasion display items will not include original packaging but will be packed safely to protect the item(s) being shipped.

All orders are shipped in standard boxes and/or protective envelopes.

MY ORDER OR REFUND IS DELAYED. WHAT’S GOING ON?

We do our best to prevent delays with your orders however from time to time orders may be slow in arriving your doorstep for various reasons. Here is a small list of possibilities: Bike parts, all cameras, art work and consignment.

 

ORDER

When your shipping address is different from your billing address we prefer to take the extra step to verify that the order is legit so that we can protect you as the customer.

Sometimes products are on back order and will require some extra time for another shipment to arrive.

On occasion, international orders are placed with shipping and/or billing addresses written in a different language. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to translate characters and letters from another language. Please make sure that all information is typed out with Roman letters (For example: 東京, Please write ‘Tokyo’)

A copy of the order confirmation email received at time of purchase must be included in your return shipment to prevent delays
